You may request deletion of your DukaanVoice account and associated remote data at any time.
To request deletion:
1. Open the DukaanVoice app.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap "Delete account".
4. Confirm and proceed with deletion request.
Alternatively, you may contact us from your registered email address.
Upon successful verification, your remote account data will be scheduled for deletion. Certain limited records may be temporarily retained where required for fraud prevention, billing compliance, abuse prevention, dispute handling, or legal obligations.
Local app data stored on your own device can be removed by uninstalling the app.
