1. DukaanVoice is a notification-listener and voice-alert companion tool. DukaanVoice does not initiate, process, authorize, or complete financial transactions and is not a bank, UPI app, payment system, payment gateway, or money-transfer service. The app is intended for lawful adult use in business or personal payment-alert scenarios.
2. You must use DukaanVoice only with devices, Google accounts, payment apps, business accounts, workers, and customer data that you lawfully own, control, or are authorized to use and share.
3. You are solely responsible for enabling permissions, choosing payment apps, managing connected secondary devices, safeguarding your Google account, device access, subscriptions, pairing codes, and independently verifying every payment from the original payment app, bank, or official account statement before acting on it. Primary users are responsible for ensuring they have authorization before sharing alerts with secondary devices or workers.
4. Payment alerts may be delayed, missed, duplicated, spoken incorrectly, routed to the wrong output device, blocked by Android or device settings, or become inaccurate because of notification-format changes, app updates, operating-system restrictions, network issues, Firebase/FCM/Google Play service issues, text-to-speech limitations, battery optimizations, or other technical causes outside our control. The app is provided only as a convenience tool and must not be relied upon for time-critical business, accounting, legal, or financial decisions.
5. Subscription purchases, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, proration, cancellations, billing disputes, family/account restrictions, and refunds are handled by Google Play and remain subject to Google Play terms, policies, and technical behavior.
6. We may suspend, limit, reject, or terminate access, pairings, devices, or accounts at any time for security, abuse prevention, fraud risk, policy violations, legal compliance, excessive automated activity, technical risks, or misuse of the app or service.
7. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DukaanVoice is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.
8. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DukaanVoice, its owners, operators, service providers, licensors, and affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or business losses; loss of revenue, profits, goodwill, customers, opportunities, or data; payment disputes; missed collections; duplicate collections; fraud; chargebacks; penalties; or third-party claims arising out of or related to the app or service, even if advised of the possibility. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid by you to DukaanVoice during the preceding 12 months or INR 100, whichever is greater.
9. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DukaanVoice, its owners, operators, service providers, licensors, and affiliates from and against claims, liabilities, damages, penalties, losses, and reasonable legal expenses arising from your use of the app, business operations, customer or worker disputes, unauthorized pairing or sharing, rights violations, legal violations, fraud, or misuse. As a Primary User, you remain solely responsible for the actions or misuse of any Secondary User or worker you invite or authorize.
10. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Guwahati, Assam, India. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. By using DukaanVoice, you agree to these Terms.
